Your Wellness Collection CBD products will be shipped within 24-48 hours after you’ve filled in the order information and your payment is confirmed.

We use UPS Ground or USPS to ship orders, depending upon which is faster to your shipping address.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking ID and a link that allows you to check your shipment’s progress.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and shipment procedures, all the packages are inspected before shipment and our warehouse, machinery and working areas are routinely cleaned.

Can the billing address be different than the shipping address?

We will deliver your ordered products wherever you want. You can ask for them at home or at work, anywhere you have a physical address or even just a locker.

How long will my order take to arrive?

According to most of our customers, domestic packages (in mainland USA) arrive within 5 to 8 working days after being ordered.

Can I track my order / check the status of my order?

Yes, you can track y our order. After you order leaves our facility, from Monday to Friday, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking ID and a link. Click on that link to check on the status of your shipment anytime you want.

I accidentally placed my order with an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

If you realize you have accidently ordered to an incorrect shipping address, write us an email as soon as possible, in order for us to make the proper changes, so that you can receive and enjoy the ordered products. You can find us any day of the week online, at info@wellnesscollection.com.

There may be cases when the address cannot be updated before the shipment leaves our warehouse, our customer support team will work with you in order to find the best possible solution.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship outside of the US at this time.

What can I do if my receiving location accidentally refused the order?

All orders returned to us due to un-deliverability or shipment refusal will be happily reshipped with a new standard shipping rate, if requested.  Simply contact us at info@wellnesscollection.com to initiate that process.
